Terms of Service

The short version. This site is a catalogue and an inquiry channel, not a checkout. Nothing on it is a binding offer until we confirm your order by email. US retail shipping, returns and wholesale pricing each have their own page, and those pages form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

• Mellow Munch (mellowmunchpets.com) supplies pet products to retailers and to individual customers. You can reach us at kokkwuwu7419@gmail.com.
• By sending an inquiry or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not order.

2. Orders and acceptance

• There is no checkout on this site. You send an inquiry, we reply with availability, pricing and a payment method, and the contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing and take payment.
• We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, if the price was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment we refund in full.

3. Pricing and payment

• Prices are in US dollars. Retail prices shown on product pages may change without notice; the price we quote in your order confirmation is the price that applies.
• Wholesale prices are quoted per account and depend on volume. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility except where a quote explicitly includes DDP shipping.

4. Shipping, risk and returns

• Retail shipping is currently limited to the United States. Timing, cost and tracking are set out on our Shipping Policy page.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with a photo, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.
• Returns are governed by that same policy: 30 days, used items included, with opened chew toys and personalised items excluded.

5. Wholesale accounts

• Wholesale pricing is available to approved trade accounts only. We may ask for evidence that you operate a retail, grooming or training business.
• Minimum order value, tier breaks and lead times are confirmed in your quote. Approvals and price lists are personal to the account and are not for redistribution.

6. Product information

• We describe products as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and care instructions. Colour and finish can vary slightly between production batches.
• Our guides and articles are general information about dog care, not veterinary advice. If your dog has a medical problem, speak to a veterinarian.
• Supervise your dog with any new toy, mat or feeder, and stop using a product that has been chewed through or damaged.

7. Intellectual property

• The text, photographs, illustrations and layout on this site belong to us or our suppliers. You may share links and quote short extracts with attribution; you may not republish our images or copy for commercial use without permission.

8. Liability

• To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business.
• Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing law

• These terms are governed by the law of the seller's principal place of business, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the consumer protection law of your own country gives you stronger rights that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

• We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
