Do you ship outside the United States?

Retail shipping is currently limited to the United States. Wholesale orders are quoted individually and can include DDP shipping to other destinations — ask on the inquiry form and we will price it.

How much does shipping cost?

A flat $4.99 for retail orders, and free on orders over $49. The threshold applies to the order subtotal before tax.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days after we confirm them by email, then transit takes 7 to 15 business days with tracking. You get the tracking number on the day the parcel ships.

Can I buy directly on this site?

Not yet. This site is a catalogue and an inquiry channel, so there is no cart or checkout. You send the form, we reply with availability and a payment method, and the order is confirmed by email.

My tracking has not updated for days. What should I do?

Reply to your order email. If tracking has been quiet for five days or more we will chase the carrier on your side of the handover and come back to you with an answer.

What is your return window?

Thirty days, and used products are included — if your dog simply did not take to it, that is exactly the case the policy is for.

What cannot be returned?

Opened chew toys, for hygiene reasons, and personalised items. Everything else is eligible within the thirty days.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery by replying to your order email. We will either replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer.

What is the wholesale minimum order?

A $250 minimum order value to open an account. Above that, pricing moves in tiers as volume increases.

What margin can a retailer expect?

Wholesale pricing is set so that typical retail prices land at roughly 50 to 60 percent gross margin. Your actual margin depends on what you choose to charge.

Do you supply samples before a wholesale order?

Yes. Tell us which SKUs you want to evaluate and we will quote samples with the shipping cost alongside the wholesale price list.

Can I get a line sheet and price list?

The 2026 wholesale line sheet and tiered price list are sent on request, usually within one business day of your inquiry.

Are the bowls and mats safe for food contact?

Our slow feeders and lick mats are made from food-grade, BPA-free silicone. Chew toys are vulcanised natural rubber with no added chemical softeners.

How do I clean silicone feeders and fabric mats?

Silicone bowls and lick mats go in the dishwasher or wash by hand in warm soapy water. Fabric snuffle mats should be shaken out after each use and machine washed on a gentle cycle inside a pillowcase, then air dried.

How much food does the slow feeder hold?

The slow feeder bowl holds 3 cups of dry kibble. Feed part of the daily ration in it rather than adding an extra meal on top.

Which products suit a dog that chews everything?

The vulcanised natural rubber chew toys are built for that. Fabric snuffle mats and lick mats are not chew toys, and a dog that shreds fabric should be supervised or given a puzzle feeder instead.

Do you sell my data?

No. We use inquiry details only to answer you and fulfil orders. Analytics run only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw that at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

How do I change my cookie or analytics choice?

Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page, or the Reopen cookie settings button on the privacy page. Declining means Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity do not load at all.

How quickly do you reply to an inquiry?

Within one business day for wholesale and private label inquiries. Retail questions usually get an answer the same day.
