30-day returns — even on used products. If your dog's picky, that's on them, not you.

• To start a return: reply to your order email with a photo and a word about what happened.
• Exclusions: opened chew toys (hygiene), personalized items.
• Refunds: back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Damaged or wrong items: photograph within 48 hours of delivery — we replace or refund, your choice.
